RUFFLE DRESS

This A-line dress is just so cute and so versatile. Very generously cut, made out of preshrunk cotton with bit of spandex in it and rich ruffled bottom. The nature of the design allows for 2-3 years wear. Could be worn long or very short with jeans or leggings undernieth. For cooler days you could add tee or light turtleneck as well.
Neck and arms are finished with the double folded bias tape in banana colour and a key hole snap in the back of the neck.
